Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Generales & Generales does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. 

EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT

Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in original condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Items for exchange may be mailed back and we will issue a store credit or simply stop by our store for a quick exchange. Gift receipts are nonrefundable.
